Los Barriles Sportfishing offers a 26 foot center console boat with a 140 HP.outboard. This boat is fast, and comfortable, and offers more shade than I have experienced on a standard cruiser. There is great freedom to make your way around the entire deck, that is coated with SeaDeck, offering a cool and slip resistant surface. This boat is outfitted with a large Canyon Cooler for your food and beverages, and has ample storage. Captain Carlos is one of the best! I fished with my 3 sons, ages: 12, 10, and 8. We opted for a 1/2 day trip, but will book a full day off shore trip next time. Boat, equipment & Captain are top notch! Nic & Carlos were very awesome, encouraged us to try different techniques, including the use of our own handmade wooden lures. We had a great day & caught 5 different species, including rooster, mackeral, cravelle & a skip jack on one of our lures (cant remember the other species). Overall it was a great experience, we had alot of fun & we’re very pleased with our catch, especially after talking to many people who’d been out with other charters, fishing for several days previous & hadnt caught a thing! I went fishing with Los Barriles Sportfishing on a full day trip for yellow fin tuna. We had a awesome time. We Travel about 48 miles searching for schools of dolphins because yellow fin tuna run with them. Within 2 hours of the trip Carlos the captain of the panga received a call over the radio that a few boats were in a huge school of yellow fin tuna. So Carlos gunned the panga and we were off to the fish. As soon as we arrived we had instant hookups for a hour. We caught limits of nice quality size tuna and the school was still going strong when we left to another area to troll for marlin. No sights of marlin so I called the trip and we headed for home. Nic Dragomire is the owner of Los Barriles Sportfishing and all of his gear is brand new. He has a really nice, new, and fast panga. We had a really good day of fishing.
